Event Photography Information
Events are over before you know it. Yes, I’m sure you enjoyed that going away party while it was going on, but at the end of the day… how are you going to remember it?That’s where we come in. Years ago, we got started by taking photos to use in a high school yearbook. We know all about preserving memories and capturing those special moments so that you can look back on them for years to come. Our years of experience has put us in all kinds of situations – poorly lit auditoriums, banquet halls with huge ceilings, outdoor night football games. You name it, and we’ve probably done it.
Whether you need pictures of a birthday party or a basketball game, we’re prepared.
Private Parties
You’re having a private party, and you want someone to capture the memories. You’ve come to the right place!
- All photos will be uploaded to a private online gallery
- Prints available a la carte from proofing gallery
- On-site printing is available, use the contact form to discuss pricing
- Photobooth services will be available in the near future
- Rates: $75 for first hour, $50/hour after that
- Does not include weddings
Public Performances and Events
From fashion shows to sporting events, this is where we started. If you don’t have the equipment, you can’t photograph these yourselves… lucky for you, we have the equipment and experience!
- Low res copies of photos uploaded to a public, online gallery
- At your request, will focus on specific players or performers
- Prints available a la carte from proofing gallery
- On-site printing is available, if you are an event organizer
- Rates: $75 for first hour, $50/hour after that
- Please provide contact information for the event organizer, so that we can ensure we have access to the event and there are no restrictions on photography
More Details on Specific Types of Events
Our standard rates for event coverage are $75 for the first hour and $50 per hour after that. This covers all general types of events, parties, and performances. However, we have also prepared some special packages based on our experience at different kinds of events.
Team Sports Events. This includes football, basketball, baseball, softball, and volleyball games. There is a flat fee of $100 per game, and we will continue to shoot through contingencies like overtime, rain delays, etc. The quality and quantity of action photos depends largely on the game itself… but on average, we deliver two to four dozen “keepers” from each game.
Here’s a tip. Get together with the other parents and share the cost. If each of the five starters from the basketball team pitches in $20, you’ve covered our fee. Also, if you are interested in booking multiple games throughout the season we can offer a discount.
