Event Coverage Rates

At the moment, we have a standard hourly rate for event coverage. If you have some special requirements that don’t fit this description, head over to the contact page and drop us a line. Include as much information as you can about the event and how you intend to use the images, and we’ll be happy to get back to you with a custom quote and contract.

General Event Coverage

  • Pre-determined start and end time; will arrive 15 to 30 minutes early
  • Low resolution, watermarked images delivered to the event organizer (perfect for use on Facebook, blogs, etc)
  • Images uploaded to a web album for public viewing (password protection optional, no extra charge)
  • Prints available for order a la carte from the web album
  • Hourly rate: $75 per event hour

You determine how long you want us to be there and cover the event. For example, let’s say you have a party planned from 8 PM to 11 PM and you want us there to photograph the party from 8 PM to 10 PM. We’ll arrive a little bit before 8, and you’ll be charged for two hours ($150).

We will communicate with you beforehand via e-mail to discuss any special requests you have. For example, if there are certain group/posed shots you want taken during the event, you should tell us beforehand so that we can generate a checklist. We’re there to capture the moments you want; but we’re not mind readers!

Within a week of the event, we will process the pictures and send a disc of low resolution, watermarked images to the event organizer. The same images will be uploaded to a web album for public viewing.

The term “event” here is taken rather loosely. We have experience at all kinds of private celebrations – wedding showers, baby showers, birthday parties. We are also happy to cover public performances – fashion shows, sporting events, concerts. However, this does not include weddings.
